Cancellation & Refund Policy

Filmfare India International Film Festival (FIIFF) is committed to supporting its participants and offers a considerate cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 72 hours of registration submission, unless the festival team has begun processing with partners.

  • FIIFF does not permit cancellations for time-sensitive items like event passes or digital submissions. However, refunds or replacements may be granted if the participant proves delivery quality issues.

  • For damaged or defective submissions, please notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt. The request will be reviewed after partner verification.

  • If a product or service received does not match the website description or your expectations, report it to Customer Service within 48 hours. The team will assess and decide accordingly.

  • For issues with manufacturer-warranted items, contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Approved refunds by FIIFF will be processed within 5-7 business days.
