Cancellation & Refund Policy

Filmfare India International Film Festival (FIIFF) is committed to supporting its participants and offers a considerate cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 72 hours of registration submission, unless the festival team has begun processing with partners.
FIIFF does not permit cancellations for time-sensitive items like event passes or digital submissions. However, refunds or replacements may be granted if the participant proves delivery quality issues.
For damaged or defective submissions, please notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt. The request will be reviewed after partner verification.
If a product or service received does not match the website description or your expectations, report it to Customer Service within 48 hours. The team will assess and decide accordingly.
For issues with manufacturer-warranted items, contact the manufacturer directly.
Approved refunds by FIIFF will be processed within 5-7 business days.
